Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://mpfencingandremodeling.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Drywall Repair, Interior Painting, Fence Installation provided by MP Fencing & Remodeling. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://mpfencingandremodeling.com is the property of MP Fencing & Remodeling or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. MP Fencing & Remodeling may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. MP Fencing & Remodeling does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. MP Fencing & Remodeling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify MP Fencing & Remodeling from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
